• An encroachment permit is required for work located within CDID#1 right of way or easement area. Use this map to determine if your project falls within the federal levee or an internal drainage area. Submit one the following:
  
  • Non-Federal Encroachment Permit Application for project located within internal drainage areas; or
  • Federal Encroachment Permit Application for projects located within the levee right of way. Work within the federally constructed levee also requires a Section 408 Pre-App and Section 408 Review with the Corps of Engineers.
